临床药师网格化管理提升基本药物使用的成效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价临床药师网格化管理模式在提升基本药物使用中的成效。方法:利用医院HIS系统,调取2019年6月至12月(管理前)和2020年6月至12月(管理后)九江市第一人民医院全部住院患者病历,获取管理前病例51111例,管理后病例47783例。对比分析管理前后九江市第一人民医院住院患者基本药物使用率、基本药物配备使用金额占比变化。结果:管理后,住院患者基本药物使用率94.12%,较管理前89.03%有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);基本药物配备使用金额占比由管理前30.55%上升至35.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:临床药师开展网格化管理模式在提升基本药物使用中积极作用显著,使基本药物各项指标得到显著提高,值得临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of grid management mode of clinical pharmacists in improving the use of essential drugs.Methods:By using HIS system of the hospital,to obtain the medical records of all inpatients in The First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from June to December 2019(before management)and from June to December 2020(after management),a total of 51111 pre-management cases and 47783 post-management cases were obtained.And then,to compare and analyze the utilization rate of essential drugs and the proportion of money used by essential drugs.Results:After management,the utilization rate of essential drugs was 94.12%,which was higher than 89.03%before management(P<0.001);the proportion of money used by essential drugs increased from 30.55%to 35.84%,with significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The grid management mode of clinical pharmacists plays a significant role in promoting the use of essential drugs,which significantly improves the indicators of essential drugs,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
