摘 要:以黑麦草(Loliumperennial ryegrass)为研究对象,研究不同水泥含量的基质土壤对其根系生长胁迫的影响,探明黑麦草根系对水泥基质逆境胁迫的耐受适应性。在1%~7%水泥含量的基质土壤上种植黑麦草,分别于分蘖期、孕穗期、开花期采集根系样品,测定不同处理的水泥基质土壤黑麦草根系生长指标、根系活力、根内逆境胁迫的相关酶活性。结果表明,不同水泥含量基质土壤黑麦草总根长均显著低于CK,孕穗期和开花期各处理之间根系平均直径无显著差异。不同水泥含量基质土壤黑麦草根系活力均显著低于CK,5%水泥含量基质处理根系活力显著高于7%处理,与3%处理无显著差异。分蘖期时,5%水泥含量基质处理中黑麦草根内SOD、POD、CAT活性显著高于其他水泥含量基质处理。因此,进一步说明,水泥含量大于5%的基质土壤对黑麦草根系的生长胁迫影响较大。Using Loliumperennial ryegrass as the research object,the effects of matrix soil of different cement contents on root growth stress were investigated to explore the tolerance and adaptability of its root system to cenent matrix stress.Loliumperennial ryegrass was grown on matrix soils containing 1%to 7%cement,and the root samples were collected at tillering stage,booting stage and flowering stage,respectively.The root growth index,root activity,and root enzyme activity related to adversity stress in different treatments of cement matrix soil were measured.The results shows that all the the total root length of ryegrass grown in different treatments of cement matrix soil was all significantly lower than that of the CK.There was no significant difference in root diameter between each treatment at booting stage and flowering stage.The root activity values of ryegrass grown in different treatments of cement matrix soil were all significantly lower than those in the CK.The root activity of the 5%cement content was significantly higher than that of the 7%treatment,and compared with the 3%treatment there was no significant difference.The activity of SOD,POD and CAT in ryegrass with 5%cement content treament at the tillering stage was significantly higher than that in other cement content treatments.Therefore,it is further explained that the effect of matrix soil with cement content higher than 5%on root growth stess of ryegrass is greater than that of other cement content treatments.
