艾灸配合红外线照射对肩关节炎患者VAS评分及关节功能改善情况的影响

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸联合红外线对肩关节炎患者的实施效果。方法以2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治90例肩关节炎患者为实验对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组45例,实施艾灸联合红外线。对照组45例,实施常规西药治疗,比较两组有效率、肩部关节功能、生活质量、负性情绪、心理状态。结果试验组临床有效率93.40%高于对照组75.60%(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,试验组关节活动度(ROM)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分较高,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)较低(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合红外线照射可有效缓解肩关节炎患者疼痛,增加肩关节活动度,在改善患者生活质量、负面情绪方面有积极作用,临床价值高。Objective To observe the application efficacy of moxa-moxibustion combined with infrared radiation in patients with omarthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with omarthritis admitted to and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were taken as the experimental objects.And they were divided into the experimental group(n=45,with moxa-moxibustion combined with infrared radiation)and the control group(n=45,with conventional western medicine treatment)according to the random number table method.The effective rate,shoulder joint function,quality of life(QoL),negative emotion and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.40%,which was higher than 75.60% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of ROM and SF-36 in the experimental group were higher,while the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxa-moxibustion combined with infrared radiation can effectively relieve the pain of patients with omarthritis and increase the range of motion of shoulder joints.It has positive effect and high clinical value on improving the QoL and negative emotion of patients.
