醒脑开窍针法结合项八针治疗卒中后睡眠倒错临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑开窍针法结合项八针治疗卒中后睡眠倒错的临床疗效,以及在日间嗜睡及运动功能改善方面的情况。方法选取我院2017年9月至2019年3月门诊及住院的120例卒中后睡眠倒错患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用醒脑开窍针法结合项八针治疗,每日1次,每周5次,连续治疗4周。对照组采用口服艾司唑仑片治疗,每日1次,每次1 mg,睡前口服,连续服用4周。治疗前、后评价各组的日间嗜睡及运动功能情况,比较各组临床疗效。结果①治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。②治疗后,治疗组的Epworth日间嗜睡量表(ESS)评分为(5.97±2.49)分,对照组为(7.38±2.03)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后,治疗组的运动功能评分为(78.00±11.09)分,对照组为(72.20±10.84)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针法结合项八针对卒中后睡眠倒错有显著疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Xiangba needle in the treatment of post-stroke sleep preversion,as well as the improvement of daytime sleepiness and motor function.Methods A total of 120 patients with post-stroke sleep preversions in the outpatient and inpatient from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected.The random number table method was adopted,and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined Xiangba needles,once a day,5 times a week for 4 weeks in a row.The control group was orally given estazolam tablets once a day,1 mg each time before sleep for 4 weeks in a row.The daytime sleepiness and motor function of each group before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy was compared between groups.Results①After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,which was better than 80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).②After treatment,the Epworth Daytime Sleepiness Scale(ESS)score in the treatment group was(5.97±2.49)points,and that in the control group was(7.38±2.03)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③After treatment,the motor function score in the treatment group was(78.00±11.09)points and that in the control group was(72.20±10.84)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Xiangba needles have a significant curative effect on post-stroke sleep preversion.
