摘 要:针对扁平式恒力弹簧支吊架的设计问题,根据负载管恒力载荷做功与弹簧元件变形能的能量平衡关系,建立凸轮曲线的显式代数方程模型;为了定量考虑负载管滚柱半径的影响,基于范成原理建立凸轮曲线的修正模型;利用Adams软件,对不同设计方法得到的支吊架方案的恒力性能进行对比。结果表明:仅需简单的显式代数运算和线性变换,即可得到比传统非线性微分方程模型更精确的结果;显式设计方法的恒力精度明显高于传统模型的恒力精度,考虑滚柱半径影响能够进一步提高凸轮曲线的设计精度。Aiming at the design problem of flat constant force spring hangers,an explicit algebraic equation model of cam curves was established according to energy balance relationship between the work done by constant load of load tubes and deformation energy of spring elements.To quantitatively consider influence of roller radius of load tubes,a modified model of cam curves was established based on enveloping principle.Using Adams software,the constant force performance of support and hanger schemes obtained by different design methods was compared.The results show that only by simple explicit algebraic calculations and linear transformations,more accurate results can be obtained than results obtained by traditional nonlinear differential equation model.The constant force accuracy of the explicit design method is significantly higher than that of the traditional model.Considering the influence of roller radius can further improve design accuracy of cam curves.
