摘 要:本研究旨在探究天然叶黄素替代阿朴酯对黄羽肉鸡不同部位皮肤着色的影响。试验采用单因子试验设计,按照体重均一原则选用600只35日龄快大型黄羽肉鸡作为试验鸡。试验分3组,对照组(斑螯黄质组)在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg的斑螯黄,各试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加200 mg/kg阿朴酯与50 mg/kg的斑螯黄(阿朴酯组)、200 mg/kg叶黄素与50 mg/kg的斑螯黄(叶黄素组),每组5个重复,每个重复40只鸡,饲养周期35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)各试验组35~70日龄肉鸡的生长性能均没有显著差异(P>0.05);2)阿朴酯组肉鸡试验第21、28天及宰后第3、5天的背部皮红度(a^(*))与黄度(b^(*))值均显著提高(P<0.05),叶黄素组肉鸡试验第35天、宰后第1天的背部皮肤a^(*)值和宰后第1~5天的b值显著提高(P<0.05),第14天亮度(L)值显著降低(P<0.05);3)对于腹部,阿朴酯组肉鸡在第21、28天及宰后第3、5天皮肤a^(*)与b^(*)值显著提高(P<0.05),叶黄素组肉鸡在第21天腹部皮肤a^(*)值和第21~35天、宰后第5天皮肤b^(*)值显著提高(P<0.05),阿朴酯组和叶黄素组第28天腹部皮肤的L值均显著降低(P<0.05);4)阿朴酯组和叶黄素组肉鸡第14、21天胫部皮肤的a^(*)值与第14~28天及宰后第1天的b^(*)值显著提高(P<0.05),第14、21、35天胫部皮肤的L值显著降低(P<0.05);阿朴酯与叶黄素组肉鸡第14、21、35天胫部皮肤颜色(罗氏比色扇数值)均显著增加(P<0.05),且叶黄素组肉鸡在宰后第1~5天胫部皮肤颜色也显著增加(P<0.05);5)阿朴酯组与叶黄素组黄羽肉鸡腹脂的a^(*)与b^(*)值均显著提高(P<0.05);6)阿朴酯组与叶黄素组肾脏中β胡萝卜素加氧酶1(BCO1)基因相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05);叶黄素组β胡萝卜素加氧酶2(BCO2)基因相对表达量显著高于其余2组(P<0.05)。综上所述,相较于单独添加斑螯黄质,饲粮中阿朴酯或天然叶黄素与斑螯黄复配均可上调叶黄素沉积效应基因BCO1基因相This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of natural lutein instead of apolylate on pigmenting of skins in yellow-feathered chicken.Six hundred 35-d yellow-feathered chicken were fed with basal diets supplemented with 50 mg/kg chrysanthin(control group,chrysanthin group),200 mg/kg apolylate and 50 mg/kg chrysanthin(apolylate group),or 200 mg/kg lutein and 50 mg/kg chrysanthin(lutein group)for 5 weeks,with five replicates per group and 40 chicken per replicate.The results showed that,compared with the control group,1)there were no effects(P>0.05)on growth performance of broilers aged 35 to 70 days;2)the a^(*)and b values in apolylate group at the 21 st and 28 th day of experiment,the 3 rd and 5 th day postmortem were significantly increased(P<0.05),the a^(*)value in lutein group at the 35 th day of experiment and 1 rd day postmortem,and the b value at 1 rd to 5 st day postmortem were significantly increased(P<0.05),also the L value in lutein group was significantly decreased(P<0.05)at the 14 th day of experiment;3)for abdominal skin,the a^(*)and b values in apolylate group was significantly increased(P<0.05)at the 21 st and 28 th day of experiment and the 3 rd and 5 th day postmortem,the a^(*)value at 21 st day of experiment and the b value at the 21 st to 35 th day of experiment and the 5 th day postmortem,the L value in apolylate group and lutein group at 28 th day of experiment also were significantly decreased(P<0.05);4)for the tibial skin,the a^(*)value at the 14 th and 21 th day,and b value at 14 th to 28 th day of experiment and 1 st day postmortem in apolylate group and lutein group was both significantly increased(P<0.05),and the L value at 14 th,21 st and 35 th day of experiment was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the tibial skin color(Roche scale)in apolylate group and lutein group was significantly increased(P<0.05)at the 14 th,21 st,and 35 th day of experiment,furthermore,the tibial skin color of broilers in lutein group was significantly increased from 1 to 5 days after slaughter(P<0.0
