摘 要:本试验旨在探究饲粮添加乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化和免疫性能及肠道形态的影响。选取体重[(38.40±0.80)g]相近、健康的1日龄哈伯德公鸡360只,随机分为3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.08%和0.11%Nisin的饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.08%和0.11%Nisin显著降低了肉鸡22~42日龄和1~42日龄料重比(P<0.05),有提高肉鸡42日龄体重的趋势(P=0.087)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.08%和0.11%Nisin有提高肉鸡屠宰率的趋势(P=0.066),各组间其他屠宰性能指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)21日龄时,Nisin组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);42日龄时,0.11%Nisin组肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)0.11%Nisin组肉鸡21和42日龄空肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.08%和0.11%Nisin显著提高了肉鸡21日龄空肠分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)和42日龄血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量;0.11%组肉鸡21日龄血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和42日龄空肠sIgA含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮添加Nisin可提高肉鸡血清抗氧化能力,调节机体免疫性能,促进小肠绒毛发育,从而改善生长性能,且以0.08%添加水平效益较佳。This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary nisin on the growth performance,antioxidant and immune performance and intestinal morphology of broilers.A total of 360 one-day-old healthy Hubbard male broilers with similar body weight of(38.40±0.80)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.08%and 0.11%nisin,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 0.08%and 0.11%nisin significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain of broilers during 22 to 42 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age(P<0.05),and had a trend to increase the body weight of broilers at 42 days of age(P=0.087).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 0.08%and 0.11%nisin tended to increase the dressing percentage of broilers(P=0.066),but there were no significant differences in the other slaughter performance indices among all groups(P>0.05).3)At 21 days of age,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of broilers in nisin groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of broilers in 0.11%nisin group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4)The villus height in jejunum of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age in 0.11%nisin group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,dietary 0.08%and 0.11%nisin significantly increased the secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)content in jejunum of broilers at 21 days of age and the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content at 42 days of age;and the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content of broilers at 21 days of age and the sIgA content in jejunum at 42 days of age in 0.11%nisin group were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary nisin can improve the serum antioxidant capacity,regulate immune performance,promote the developme
