摘　　要：本文介绍了一种带有柔性支撑系统的旋转机械异常振动超标故障特征,通过对故障碎煤机进行振动测试与分析,采用隔振器调平和现场转子动平衡等技术手段,有效消除了设备振动超标故障,为类似故障的处理提供参考。This article introduces the features of excess and abnormal vibration fault of rotating machinery with a flexible support system,performs the vibration test and analysis on the faulty coal crusher,and effec⁃tively eliminates the excess and abnormal vibration fault through technical means such as leveling by vibra⁃tion isolators and dynamic balancing by on-site rotors,which provide a reference for the handling of similar faults.
