褐煤蜡生产工艺安全影响因素及对策分析

摘　　要：褐煤蜡提取工艺过程中存在较大的安全风险,安全事故的发生不仅会造成严重的人员财产损失,同时还会破坏生态环境。本文主要分析了褐煤蜡提取过程安全与环境风险,在分析褐煤蜡传统生产工艺和新生产工艺、工艺主要危险物、过程危险因素的基础上,对于褐煤蜡提取工艺进行了HAZOP分析并给出了对策,也分析了褐煤蜡提取过程潜在的环境风险,旨在进一步提高褐煤蜡工艺的生产安全。There are higher safety risks in montan wax extraction process.The safety accidents will result in serious personal injuries and heavy property losses,as well as damage to the ecological environment.This ar⁃ticle mainly analyzes the safety and environmental risks in the montan wax extraction process,conducts the hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis of the montan wax extraction process and provides solutions based on the analysis of traditional&new production processes of the montan wax,main hazards in the process,and risk factors,and discusses the potential environmental risks in the montan wax extraction process,aim⁃ing to further improve the safety of montan wax production process.
