摘  要:针对测量工业炸药有毒气体含量的爆炸弹筒法无法应用在大药量和常压情况下的难题,通过爆炸相似率和动力系数法进行理论计算及工程设计,研制出了容积15 m^(3)下端为圆柱体,顶端为半球形结构的大型密闭爆炸容器。研制的爆炸容器可以研究工业炸药在常压状态下的爆炸气体产物,并对其有毒气体含量进行分析,解决了爆炸弹筒法由于装药量小且必须在真空状态下引爆炸药的困境。同时通过气密性及抗爆性试验对爆炸测试容器进行了进一步的安全测试,均无异常。设计结果表明该爆炸容器用于工业炸药有毒气体测试安全可靠、功能满足试验要求。研制方法可为同类型爆炸容器的设计提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the explosive cartridge method for measuring the toxic gas content of industrial explosives can not be applied in the case of large charge and at atmospheric pressure,through theoretical calculation and engineering design by explosion similarity rate and dynamic coefficient method,a large closed explosion vessel of volume 15 m^(3),with a cylinder at the lower end and a hemispherical structure at the top is developed.The developed explosion vessel can be used to study the explosive gas products of industrial explosives under atmospheric pressure and analyze their toxic gas content,which solves the dilemma of explosive cartridge method because of its small charge and the need to detonate explosives under vacuum.At the same time,a further safety test of the explosion test vessel is carried out to testify its air tightness and explosion resistance,and there is no abnormality.The design results show that the explosion vessel is safe and reliable for toxic gas test of industrial explosives,and its function meets the test requirements.The development method can provide reference for the design of the same type of explosion vessel.
