摘　　要：为了解决目前烟叶工商交接、原烟入库耗工费时间、效率低、烟叶质量反馈延迟等问题,研究了麻片与框栏包装对烟叶加工及效益的影响。试验分别采用麻片包装与框栏包装的形式,并且对烟叶收购、工商交接、分选加工过程的效益进行统计分析。结果表明,框栏包装烟叶收购、工商交接生工省时,能减少分选加工过程的损耗,经济效益较麻片包装好。框栏包装能有效解决烟叶收购、工商交接原烟入库耗工费时、效率低、烟叶质量追溯困难等问题,减少烟叶损耗,提高烟叶加工效益。In order to solve the problems of time-consuming labor,low efficiency,and delayed tobacco leaf quality feedback in the process of tobacco leaf purchase,industrial and commercial circulation,and raw tobacco storage,it was necessary to study the effects of hemp sheet packaging and frame packaging forms on tobacco processing and economic benefits.Hemp sheet packaging and frame packaging forms were performed to stack the tobacco bales.Statistical analyses methods used to detect the benefits of tobacco leaf purchase,industrial and commercial handover,and sorting process.The experimental results strongly indicated that using frame packaging form for tobacco leaf purchase,industrial and commercial circulation was completed more efficiently than using hemp sheet packaging,and has better economic benefits.Frame packaging form will be beneficial for solving the problems of time-consuming labor,low efficiency,and delayed tobacco leaf quality feedback in the process of tobacco leaf purchase,industrial and commercial circulation,and raw tobacco storage.It can also reduce tobacco leaf loss and improve tobacco leaf processing efficiency.
