摘  要:目的:了解规培护士对突发传染性公共卫生事件的培训需求。方法:2020年4-6月,对13名经历过传染性公共卫生事件的规培护士进行访谈,将所获得资料运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行处理。结果:提炼出4个主题:应急相关专业知识技能培训应常态化、需要多种培训方式结合、注意规培护士的心理问题、加强职业认同感与使命感的培养。结论:参与公共卫生应急事件能提升规培护士的职业使命感及培养职业荣誉感。护理教育者及管理者可将传染与应急等相关知识作为常规培训内容,采用多种培训形式,关注规培护士的心理变化,进行充分培训和正确引导,从而提高规培护士综合素质。Objective:To understand the Training needs of standardized training nurses who underwent infectious public health event.Methods:From April to June of 2020,13 standardized training nurses who had experienced of infectious public health incidents were interviewed and data was processed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results:Totally four themes were extracted:Daily routine training for public health emergency,Use multiple methods in training,Pay attention to the mental health of standardized training nurses,Enhance the sense of professional mission and honor.Conclusions:Nursing educators and managers can increase the knowledge of infection and emergency as regular training content,use multiple methods in training,pay attention to the psychological changes of the nurses,Then give adequate training and correct guidance to improve the Comprehensive quality of the standardized training nurses.Participating in emergency events can promote standardized training nurses’sense of vocation and Professional pride.
