摘  要:该文研究了一种基于马赫-曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)结构的光纤法-珀(F-P)传感器扫描式互相关解调方法。解调系统中的光源采用C+L波段放大自发辐射(ASE)宽带光源,用于匹配F-P腔的MZI采用可调光纤延时线与压电陶瓷(PZT)式光纤相位调制器等集成光学器件构成,解调系统整体实现相对简便。实验中搭建的MZI,其臂长差在16.8 cm范围内连续可调,并可在15μm范围实现重复扫描,扫描速度达到50 Hz。理论仿真分析及实验验证表明,该套解调系统可以实现对F-P传感器的信号解调。A scanning cross-correlation demodulation method for fiber Fabry-Perot(F-P)sensor based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI)structure is investigated in this paper.The C+L band amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)light source with wide band is used in this demodulation system as light source,the MZI used to match the FP cavity is composed of tunable fiber delay line,PZT fiber phase modulator and other integrated optical devices,the implementation of the demodulation system is relatively simple.The arm length difference of MZI fabricated for the experiment is continuously adjustable in the range of 16.8 cm,and can achieve repeated scanning in the range of 15μm;with a scanning speed of 50 Hz.The theoretical simulation analysis and experimental verification show that the system can demodulate the signal of Fabry-Perot sensor.
