摘 要:直线式移相变压器借鉴直线电机的结构和原理,具有结构简单、可实现任意角度移相和易于模块化等优点,有效地解决了多重叠加逆变系统中移相变压器绕组结构复杂、铁心利用率低和不易拓展的问题。首先,介绍了基于直线式移相变压器的多重叠加逆变系统的基本原理;然后,分析了不同的绕组结构,提出使用克莱姆环形绕组来解决移相变压器制造过程中嵌线困难等问题,并根据直线电机和传统变压器的设计原理及创新性提出了直线式移相变压器的电磁设计方法;最后,通过有限元仿真进行了验证。结果表明:基于所设计的直线式移相变压器的逆变系统能够输出符合要求的三相交流电,输出电压谐波含量和三相不对称程度较低,满足国家标准。Drawing on the structure and principle of linear motor,linear phase-shifting transformer has the advantages of simple structure,phase-shifting at any angle and easy modularization,which effectively solves the problems of complex winding structure,low utilization rate of iron core and difficult expansion of traditional phase-shifting transformer in multi-stack inverter system.Firstly,the basic principle of the multi-stack inverting system based on the linear phase-shifting transformer was introduced.Then,the different winding structures were analyzed and Gramme ring winding was used to solve the problem of wire embedding in the manufacturing process of phase shift transformer.Se-condly,the electromagnetic design method of linear phase-shifting transformer was innovatively proposed according to the design principle of linear motor and traditional transformer.Finally,the method was verified by finite element simulation.The results show that the inverter system based on the designed linear phase-shifting transformer can output the required three-phase alternating current,with the output voltage harmonic content and the degree of three-phase asymmetry satisfying national standards.
