摘　　要：合理确定器材的采购量和库存水位以平衡库存投资和保障率,能够更加科学地使用和规划好保障资源。因此,首先分析了一种多品种器材联合订购与库存策略,建立了基于最优使用寿命和采购批量的联合订购模型,在考虑了总金额折扣策略下,能够确保成本最小化;然后,为了方便采购工作,基于蒙特卡洛仿真的二次幂策略对最优采购周期进行修正,并对求解结果进行了最优总成本的偏离误差检验;最后,结合案例数据对联合订购与库存模型进行求解,对参数进行敏感值分析,验证了模型的有效性。Reasonable determination of equipment materials purchase quantity and inventory level,balance of inventory investment and guarantee rate,can make more scientific use and planning of support resources.Firstly,a joint ordering and inventory strategy for multi variety equipment was analyzed,and a joint ordering model based on the optimal service life and purchase quantity of equipment was established.Considering the total amount discount strategy,the cost can be minimized.Secondly,in order to facilitate the procurement practice,the optimal procurement cycle was modified based on the quadratic power strategy of Monte Carlo simulation,and the deviation error test of the optimal total cost was carried out.Finally,combined with the case data,the joint order and inventory model was solved,and the sensitive value analysis of parameters was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.
