摘 要:高速开断器用桥丝式电火工品的点火电压由电弧触发器弧压提供,不同短路工况下电弧触发器熔断所产生的弧压差别较大,有必要就较大范围内不同点火电流下火工品的引燃特性进行分析研究。首先,在分析火工品引燃过程的基础上,主要针对桥丝弧前阶段的火工品电热过程进行了分析,采用COMSOL仿真平台中的Thermoelectric Effect模块建立了火工品的瞬态电热场耦合计算模型,仿真分析了火工品中桥丝的弧前时间-电流特性;然后,通过开展火工品桥丝的弧前时间及引燃特性试验研究,发现火工品的引燃时间主要是受到桥丝弧前时间的影响,可以根据不同点火电流下桥丝的弧前时间来预测火工品的引燃时间;最后,通过对比仿真与试验中桥丝的弧前时间发现,当电流超过5 A时,恒流加载的仿真不再适用,需要在仿真中添加外电路模块以模拟真实的点火回路电容放电过程,优化后的仿真模型计算与试验结果拟合较好,而该模型更适用于桥丝弧前时间的分析。The ignition voltage of bridge-wire electric explosive device(BEED)for high speed interrupter is provided by arc voltage of arc trigger.The arc voltage produced by arc trigger fusing under different short circuit conditions is quite different so it is necessary to analyze the ignition characteristics of BEED under different ignition current in a wide range.Based on the analysis of the ignition process of BEED,the thermoelectric effect module in the COMSOL simulation platform was used to establish the transient electrothermal field coupling calculation model to analyze the electrothermal process of BEED in the pre arc stage of the bridge-wire.The pre-arcing time current characteristics of the bridge-wire in BEED were analyzed through the simulation.It is found that the ignition time of BEED is mainly affected by the time before the arc of the bridge-wire so the ignition time of BEED can be predicted by analyzing the time before the arc of the bridge-wire under different ignition current.In addition,by comparing the pre-arc time of the bridge wire in the simulation and the experiment,it is found that the simulation of constant current loading is no longer applicable when the current exceeds 5 A.In order to simulate the actual discharge capacitance of the ignition circuit,an external circuit module is added to the simulation and it is found that the optimized simulation model calculations and test results fit better,so the model is more suitable for the analysis of bridge wire pre-arc time.
