摘 要:利用直流电镀方法沉积铜镍涂层,用硬脂酸乙醇溶液对铜镍涂层进行疏水化处理,在304不锈钢基体上制备了超疏水性铜镍涂层.利用场发射扫描电镜/能谱仪、接触角测试仪及电化学分析仪对铜镍涂层的形貌、组分、润湿性及在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性进行了研究.结果表明,铜镍涂层的表面形貌、成分与疏水化处理时间有关.疏水化处理时间由0 h增加至12 h后,涂层表面上的花瓣状形貌薄片的数量明显增加,涂层与水滴的接触角增大,表面由疏水性转变为超疏水性.极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱图表明,延长疏水化处理时间,可提升涂层的耐蚀性,且随着在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡时间的增加,超疏水性涂层的耐蚀性不断增大.The superhydrophobic Cu-Ni coating was prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by direct current plating and hydrophobic treatment with stearic acid ethanol solution.The morphology,composition,wettability and corrosion resistance of the Cu-Ni coatings in 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer,contact angle tester and electrochemical analyzer.The results show that the surface morphology and composition of Cu-Ni coatings after hydrophobic treatment are related to the hydrophobic treatment time.When the hydrophobic treatment time increases from 0 h to 12 h,the number of petal shaped flakes on the coating surface increases significantly,the contact angle between the coating and water droplets increases,and the surface changes from hydrophobic to superhydrophobic surface.The results of polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra show that the corrosion resistance of the coatings can be improved by prolonging the hydrophobic treatment time,and with the increase of immerse time in 3.5%NaCl solution,the corrosion resistance is increased.
