摘 要:考虑到舰船燃气轮机的运行特点,对船用燃机进行间冷改造是获得大功率、低油耗动力装置的有效途径。本文基于集成仿真方法,建立间冷燃气轮机的Simulink/AMESim集成仿真模型。基于该模型,研究了间冷循环燃气轮机与间冷系统的匹配问题以及淡水流量和海水流量对间冷燃气轮机性能的影响规律,给出了最优的淡水流量与海水流量及燃机运行在不同工况时的三通阀调节规律。研究表明:通过间冷系统与燃气轮机的优化匹配,可以获得综合性能更优的间冷燃气轮机;在非设计工况时,阀门调节规律对燃机稳定运行有着较大影响。Considering the operational characteristics of marine gas turbines,intercooling modification is conducted for the acquisition of high-power and low-fuel consumption power plants in this study.Based on the integrated simulation method,a Simulink/AMESim integrated simulation model of intercooled gas turbines is built to examine the optimal matching between the intercooled gas turbine and the intercooling system and the influencing laws of freshwater and seawater flows on the performance of intercooled gas turbines,from which the optimal freshwater and seawater flows are obtained.In addition,the regulation law of a three-port valve when the gas turbine is operating under different working conditions is analyzed.The research shows that through the optimal matching of the intercooling system and gas turbine,an intercooled gas turbine with better comprehensive performance can be obtained.Under the off-design condition,the valve regulation law has a great influence on the stable operation of gas turbines.
