摘　　要：推动体育产业高质量发展是适应我国高质量发展当前和今后一个时期确定的发展思路。我国体育产业高质量发展是以“质量和效率”为价值取向和核心目标的新发展理念,体现出体育产业在宏观发展战略的深刻调整、中观发展范式的革命性变革和微观发展实践的根本性变化。我国体育产业高质量发展是化解“供需失衡”矛盾自我发展演进的实际需要,是推动体育强国和健康中国建设的体育事业发展的客观需要,是成为新的经济增长点助力跨越“中等收入陷阱”的现实需要,“现代经济增长理论”与“大国内向发展理论”是体育产业高质量发展的经济学理论支撑,并在国内外经济发展客观形势下提出需求牵引、供给支撑、创新驱动的实践发展路向。The program to promote high-quality development of the sports industry is suited to the requirement of high-quality development in China,for now and for the future.This program gives expression to a new development concept with“quality and efficiency”as its value orientation and core goal.It reflects the profound adjustment of macro development strategy,the revolutionary change of medium development paradigm and the fundamental change of micro development practice of sports industry.Promoting high-quality development of the sports industry is a practical necessity for redressing the imbalance between supply and demand,an objective necessity for the construction of sports power and healthy China,a realistic necessity for avoiding the“middle-income trap”and providing a new source of economic growth.Based on the“modern economic growth theory”and“big domestic development theory”which serve as the theoretical foundation of this high-quality development,this paper puts forward a practical development approach which is led by demand,supported by supply,and driven by innovation,in the background of domestic and foreign economic development.
