摘 要:为分析半柔性路面材料的性能,从材料与级配的角度研究了矿料级配组成、水泥掺量、泡沫沥青用量对混合料路用性能的影响,采用灰熵法对影响泡沫沥青+水泥稳定碎石性能的主要因素进行显著性排序,并根据工程案例对半柔性混合料的经济性进行分析。研究结果表明:1)混合料的空隙率随沥青用量的增大而减小,随水泥掺量的增加在1%水泥掺量时出现极小值;2)材料参数对混合料劈裂强度的影响表现出无序性;3)提出矿料干涉系数D F、填充系数D S和干涉/填充比F R对不同级配具有显著差异,可用来描述混合料的级配特征;4)级配参数、油石比、水泥掺量对空隙率的灰熵关联度为F R>W R>D F>C C>D S,劈裂强度为C C>F R>W R>D S>D F,水稳定性为F R>W R>D F>C C>D S,F R与路用性能相关性显著,证明了采用F R评价混合料性能的可行性。半柔性基层混合料全寿命周期成本低于半刚性基层,具有较好的经济效益。To analyze the performance of semi-flexible pavement materials,the influence of mineral aggregate gradation composition,cement content and foam asphalt content on the road performance of mixture is studied from the perspective of material and gradation.The gray entropy method is used to rank the main factors affecting the performance of foam asphalt+cement stabilized macadam.And according to engineering cases,the economics of semi-flexible mixtures are analyzed.The results show that:1)The void ratio of the mixture decreases with the increase of asphalt content,and the minimum value appears when the cement content is 1%.2)The influence of material parameters on the splitting strength of mixture shows disorder.3)It is proposed that the interference coefficient D F,the filling coefficient D S and the interference/filling ratio F R have significant differences with different gradations,which can be used to describe the gradation characteristics of mixture.4)The grey entropy correlation degree of porosity,splitting strength and water stability are respectively for F R>W R>D F>C C>D S,C C>F R>W R>D S>D F,F R>W R>D F>C C>D S,which shows a significant correlation with road performance,which proves its feasibility of evaluating the performance of the mixture.The life cycle cost of semi-flexible base mixture is lower than that of semi-rigid base,and the former one has better economic benefits.
