摘  要:为解决单体阻燃剂掺量过大且又影响沥青高低温性能的问题,基于正交试验设计理论,采用矩阵分析法计算多因素影响权重,得到复合阻燃剂搭配方案,通过沥青基本性能指标、车辙因子、135℃黏度及LOI确定复合阻燃剂的掺量范围,并通过TG试验及热分析动力学理论分析了阻燃效果。结果表明,复合阻燃剂改善了沥青的高温性能,但对低温性能有负面影响,且大掺量的复合阻燃剂会提高施工温度;复合阻燃剂对沥青LOI的提升效果主要体现在10%掺量以下,综合考虑确定复合阻燃剂的掺量在10%-12%;阻燃剂的掺加对沥青的燃烧行为影响主要体现在失重速率下降和残碳量增加,复合阻燃沥青燃烧第1阶段和第2阶段的活化能E均高于SBS改性沥青,复合阻燃剂可增大燃烧反应阻力,降低活性,阻燃效果较好,较单体阻燃剂扩展了阻燃效果作用温度区间。In order to solve the problem that the excessive amount of monomer flame retardant affects the performance of asphalt pavement,based on the orthogonal experimental design theory,the matrix analysis method is used to calculate the weight of multiple factors,and the composite flame retardant collocation scheme is obtained.The blending range of composite flame retardant is determined by basic asphalt performance index,rutting factor,135℃viscosity and LOI.Finally,the flame retardant effect was analyzed through TG test and thermal analysis kinetic theory.The results show that composite flame retardant improves the high temperature performance of asphalt,but has a negative impact on low temperature performance,and a large amount of composite flame retardant will increase the construction temperature.The improvement effect of the composite flame retardant on the asphalt LOI is mainly reflected in the 10%content,and the composite flame retardant content is determined to be 10%-12%after comprehensive consideration.The influence of flame retardant addition on the combustion behavior of asphalt is mainly reflected on the decrease of weight loss rate and the increase of residual carbon.The activation energy of the first and second phases of the composite flame-retardant asphalt combustion is higher than that of the SBS modified asphalt.The composite flame retardant can increase the combustion reaction resistance,reduce the activity,and has a better flame retardant effect.Compared with the monomer flame retardant,it extends the temperature range of the flame retardant effect.
