摘  要:骨重塑是一个受众多因素影响的生物修复过程。骨不连延长了疾病的治疗周期,是骨折患者治疗过程中的棘手问题。目前影响骨重塑的因素及促进骨重塑相关药物的作用机制尚未完全明确。自噬在成骨细胞、破骨细胞及骨细胞的生命活动中扮演着重要的角色,因此调控细胞自噬对骨重塑具有重要的研究价值。本文现将调控自噬的相关信号通路在骨重塑中的作用机制及骨不连的中医药防治进行综述,为骨不连的治疗开辟新的思路和方法。Bone remodeling is a bioremediation process with many influencing factors.Bone nonunion prolongs the treatment period of the disease,which is a thorny problem in the treatment of fracture patients.At present,the factors affecting bone remodeling and the mechanism of the related drugs promoting bone remodeling have not been fully clarified.Autophagy plays an important role in the life activities of osteoblasts,osteoclasts and osteocytes,so the regulation of autophagy has important research value in bone remodeling.In this paper,the mechanism of action of autophagy related signal pathways in bone remodeling and traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of bone nonunion are reviewed,to open up new ideas and methods for the treatment of bone nonunion.
