摘　　要：作为大数据环境下精准化推荐服务的有效工具,用户画像受到图书情报领域的极大关注。为将用户画像技术应用于学科服务领域,对学科用户进行了分层并设计了差异化的用户数据收集方案,融合学科服务工作内容,构建了由数据采集层、数据预处理层、标签建模层及用户画像生成层构成的4层学科用户画像模型,在此基础上,探讨并构建了包括学科用户需求精准识别层、学科用户需求精准匹配层和精准学科服务功能实现层在内的学科服务新模式,以期为实现精准化、个性化的学科服务提供借鉴。As an effective tool of the precise recommendation service in big data environment,the user portrait has at⁃tracted great attention in the field of library and information.In order to apply the user portrait technology to the subject service field,this paper stratifies the subject users and designs the differentiated user data collection schemes,and inte⁃grating the subject service work contents,constructs a four-layer subject user portrait model which consists of data collect⁃ing layer,data preprocessing layer,label modeling layer and user portrait generating layer,and based on this,discusses and constructs a new subject service model which includes the layer for precise identification of subject users’needs,the layer for precise matching of subject users’needs and the layer for functions’realization of precise subject service,being expected to provide reference for the realization of precise and personalized subject services.
