摘　　要：咀嚼口香糖在临床上主要被应用于胃肠道手术、肝脏手术、脾脏手术、妇产科手术、剖宫产术及泌尿系手术等,但是对其应用效果存在争议。本文对咀嚼口香糖促进术后胃肠功能恢复的应用现状进行综述,重点围绕咀嚼口香糖的机制、时间窗、持续时间和频率、口香糖种类、联合其他干预措施、注意事项进行介绍,以期为临床实践提供指导。Chewing gum is mainly used in gastrointestinal surgery,liver surgery,spleen surgery,obstetrics and gynecology surgery,cesarean section and urinary surgery,but the application effect is controversial.In this paper,the application status of chewing gum to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation was reviewed,focusing on the mechanism,time window,duration and frequency of chewing gum,types of chewing gum,combined with other intervention measures and matters needing attention,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.
