摘  要:研究了聚合物胶粉和玄武岩纤维对混凝土力学性能、抗裂性能和抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明:单掺聚合物胶粉对混凝土的抗压、抗折强度有一定负面影响,随着聚合物胶粉掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度逐渐降低,抗折强度先降低后趋于平缓;单掺玄武岩纤维对混凝土的抗压、抗折性能影响较小;复掺聚合物胶粉和玄武岩纤维时,聚合物胶粉对混凝土强度的影响大于玄武岩纤维;复掺10%聚合物胶粉+2.0 kg/m^(3)玄武岩纤维时,混凝土的折压比和抗冲击性能达到最大,裂缝降低系数为0.93,限裂效能等级达到一级,有效降低了混凝土的开裂风险。The effects of polymer rubber powder and basalt fiber on mechanical properties,crack resistance and impact resistance of concrete were studied.The results show that the single addition of polymer rubber powder has a certain negative impact on the compressive and flexural strength of concrete.With the increase of the polymer rubber powder content,the compressive strength of concrete gradually decreases,and the flexural strength first decreases and then tends to be flat.The single addition of basalt fiber has little effect on the compressive and flexural properties of concrete.When polymer rubber powder and basalt fiber are mixed,the effect of polymer rubber powder on the strength is greater than that of basalt fiber.When adding 10%polymer rubber powder+2.0 kg/m^(3) basalt fiber,the compression ratio and the impact resistance of concrete reach the maximum,and the crack reduction coefficient is 0.93,and the anti-cracking efficiency level reaches the first level,which can effectively reduce the risk of concrete cracking.
