摘 要:利用Ф100 mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB),通过改变冲击气压实现了不同应变率条件加载,得到了掺铅锌尾矿砂混凝土的动态劈拉强度、动态增强因子(DIF)、应力-应变曲线和破坏形态,研究了不同铅锌尾矿砂掺量下,混凝土动态劈拉性能与应变率的关系。结果表明:试件的动态劈拉强度和DIF值均随着应变率的增大而增大,表现出明显的应变率相关性,但二者的增大速率呈现出差异性;随着应变率的增大,不同铅锌尾矿砂掺量混凝土试件与压杆接触处的破坏状况变差,试件的完整性变差,且试件沿加载方向的裂缝宽度逐渐变大,并在劈裂面处形成贯通裂缝。UsingФ100 mm Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB),by changing the impact pressure to achieve different strain rate loading conditions,the dynamic splitting tensile strength,dynamic increased factor(DIF),stress-strain curve and failure pattern of concrete mixed with lead-zinc tailing sand were obtained,and the relationship between dynamic splitting performance of concrete and strain rate under different lead-zinc tailing sand content was studied.The results show that the dynamic splitting strength and DIF value of concrete increase with the increase of strain rate,showing obvious correlation of strain rate,but the increasing rate of the two is different.With the increase of strain rate,the failure condition of the contact between the concrete with different lead-zinc tailing content and the pressure bar deteriorates,the integrity of the specimen deteriorates,and the crack width of the specimen along the loading direction gradually increases,and a through crack is formed at the split surface.
