摘 要:为挖掘烤烟新品种中川208在宣威不同海拔烟区的品种适应性,采用对比分析法,从大田生育期、农艺性状、田间抗病性、烟叶含梗率及化学成分、经济效益等方面研究了中川208在3个海拔烟区的综合表现,中、中高以及高海拔烟区海拔高度分别为1583 m、1907 m、2143 m。结果表明:高海拔烟区烟叶化学成分协调性中等,病害发生率较低,但田间长势较差,初烤烟叶含梗率较高;中高海拔烟区烟叶化学成分协调性中等,病害发生率相对较低,田间长势强,初烤烟叶含梗率较适宜,且经济效益最高;中海拔烟区烟叶化学成分协调性中等,病害发生率最高,中部烟叶含梗率偏高,经济效益最低。这说明烤烟新品种中川208在宣威中高海拔烟区适应性较好,但需加强栽培管理,重点关注黑胫病、赤星病等病害的防治,同时优化烘烤技术,以提高烟叶化学成分协调性。In order to explore the adaptability of a new flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongchuan 208 in different altitude tobacco-growing areas of Xuanwei,the comprehensive performance of Zhongchuan 208 in three elevations of tobacco-growing areas was comparatively studied from the aspects of field growth period,agronomic characters,field disease resistance,stem-bearing rate and chemical composition of tobacco leaves as well as economic benefits.The elevation of the three areas is 1583m,1907m and 2143m,respectively.The results showed that the coordination of tobacco chemical composition in the high altitude tobacco-growing area was moderate,the disease incidence was low,but the field growth was poor,and the stem-bearing ratio of flue-cured tobacco was relatively high.In the medium to high altitude tobacco area,the chemical composition coordination was moderate,the disease incidence was relatively low,the field growth was strong,the stem-bearing ratio of flue-cured tobacco was appropriate,and the economic benefit was the highest.In the medium altitude tobacco area,the chemical composition coordination was medium,the disease incidence was the highest,the stem-bearing ratio of middle tobacco leaves was relatively high,and the economic benefit was the lowest.In conclusion,the new flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongchuan 208 has a good adaptability in the middle to high altitude tobacco-growing area of Xuanwei.However,it is necessary to strengthen cultivation management,pay more attention to the prevention and control of black shank disease and brown spot disease,and simultaneously optimize the curing technology to improve the coordination of chemical composition of tobacco leaves.
