摘 要:为探讨微生物菌剂对餐厨垃圾与水稻秸秆混合堆肥效果的影响,设置B1(有效菌种为枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、木霉菌)、B2(有效菌种为解淀粉芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌)、B3(有效菌种为枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌)3种组合菌剂开展好氧堆肥试验,研究堆肥的温度变化以及发酵后的pH值、养分含量、碳氮比(C/N)和重金属含量。结果表明:加入微生物菌剂对堆肥的温度变化、氮磷含量、C/N均有显著影响。T1(B1菌剂)、T2(B2菌剂)和T3(B3菌剂)处理60℃以上高温期分别持续8、5和4 d;堆肥结束时,各处理全氮含量分别为14.90、15.5和13.8 g/kg,各处理全磷含量分别为4.87、4.17和3.70 g/kg,各处理的C/N分别为20.94、22.63和22.65。其中,B1菌剂对餐厨垃圾和水稻秸秆堆肥的应用效果较好。To clarify the influence of microbial agents on kitchen waste and rice straw composting,an aerobic composting experiment was conducted by setting three kinds of combined bacterial agents,B1(effective strains:Bacillus subtilis,yeast and Trichoderma sp.),B2(effective strains:Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,yeast and lactic acid bacteria)and B3(effective strains:Bacillus subtilis,yeast and lactic acid bacteria),to study the temperature change in the composting,and pH,nutrient contents,C/N and heavy metal contents after composting through.Results showed that the addition of microbial agents had significant effects on temperature change,nitrogen and phosphorus contents and C/N of the compost.T1,T2,and T3 treatments lasted for 8,5 and 4 days in the thermophilic phase above 60℃,respectively.The total nitrogen content of each treatment was 14.90,15.5 and 13.8 g/kg after composting.The total phosphorus content of each treatment was 4.87,4.17 and 3.70 g/kg respectively at the end of composting.The C/N of each treatment was 20.94,22.63,and 22.65 respectively at the end of composting.The application effect of B1 bacteria agent on the composting of kitchen waste and rice straw was better.
