摘 要:为了解四川省主要养牛地区腹泻牛群中牛冠状病毒(bovine coronavirus,BCoV)感染情况,采集眉山、南充、达州、巴中、雅安、甘孜等6个市州53个场户的牛腹泻粪便样品共387份,采用荧光RT-PCR方法进行BCoV检测。结果显示:53个场点中,检出阳性场点11个,群体阳性检出率为20.8%;387份样品中,检出阳性样品65份,个体阳性检出率为16.8%。从群间分布看,规模场群体阳性检出率(72.7%)与个体阳性检出率(21.4%)均高于散养户(7.1%和3.1%),差异均极显著(P<0.01);牦牛个体阳性检出率为28.8%,高于黄牛(14.1%)和奶牛(11.1%),差异均有统计学意义,分别为P<0.01和P<0.05。结果表明,BCoV在四川省已形成一定的污染面,是造成牛腹泻的重要病原之一,需要加强对其流行的综合防控。In order to identify the prevalence status of bovine coronavirus(BCoV)in main cattle-raising regions in Sichuan Province,387 fecal samples of diarrheal cattle collected from 53 farms(households)of Meishan,Nanchong,Dazhou,Bazhong,Ya'an and Ganzi cities/prefectures were detected for BCoV by fl uorescent RT-PCR.The results showed that 11 out of 53 farms/premises were positive,with a population positive rate of 20.8%;65 out of 387 samples were positive,with an individual positive rate of 16.8%.For population distribution,the positive rates of population(72.7%)and individual(21.4%)were higher in scaled farms than those in free-range households(7.1%and 3.1%,respectively),and the diff erence was extremely signifi cant(P<0.01);the individual positive rate of yak was 28.8%,which was extremely signifi cantly higher(P<0.01)than that of cattle(14.1%)and cows(11.1%).It was concluded that there was a certain contamination with BCoV in the Sichuan Province,which was one of the major pathogens leading to bovine diarrhea,and should be intensively and comprehensively prevented and controlled.
