摘 要:针对准东低阶煤成浆性能差的缺点,本研究设计合成了一种新型木质素基爪型水煤浆分散剂。通过木质素上接枝合适的长链阴离子亲水性材料,用2-丙烯基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和衣康酸(IA)在木质素的三维结构上对木质素基(AL-IS)分子进行修饰,该结构经红外和核磁共振氢谱证实;流变学和稳定性表明:该分散剂的最佳用量为0.4%(wt),制浆浓度可提高到56.6%(wt);AL-IS-1、AL-IS-2和AL-IS-3分散剂的对比试验表明:AL-IS-2具有良好的稳定性和流变性,降低了分散剂的用量且0.4%的添加量可使浆料浓度达到56.6%(wt)。根据实验结果,本文提出了AL-IS-2的可能结构——三维爪型结构,这也是AL-IS-2良好的稳定性和流变性所在。本工作有望进一步拓展准东低阶煤的工业应用。Aiming at the shortcoming of poor slurrying performance of the zhundong low-rank coal,a new type of lignin-based claw dis-persant was designed and synthesized for coal water slurry.By grafting suitable long-chain anionic hydrophilic materials on lignin,the lignin-based(AL-IS)molecules were modified with 2-Acrylanmido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)and itaconic acid(IA)on this three-dimensional structure of lignin.The structure was confirmed by FTIR and 1 H NMR.The rheology and stability indicated that the optimal amount of this dispersant was 0.4%(wt),and its pulping concentration was increased to 56.6%(wt).The dispersants of AL-IS-1,AL-IS-2 and AL-IS-3 comparative tests demonstrated that AL-IS-2 exhibited excellent stability and rheology,reducing the dosage of dispersant and the concentration of slurry could be reached to 56.6%(wt)with the dosage of 0.4%.According to the experi-mental results,the possible structure of AL-IS-2,the three-dimensional claw structure is proposed,which is also the reason of the good stability and rheology of AL-IS-2.This work is expected to further expand the industrial application of the zhundong low-rank coal.
