摘　　要：“前海模式”是新时代改革开放的一条新路径、一个新经验。深圳前海自2010年8月正式设立,按照“依托香港、服务内地、面向世界”的发展定位,坚持以制度创新为引领,主动对接高水平国际经贸规则,全面深化改革开放,破解了发展中遇到的一系列问题难题,实现了高质量发展。襄阳学习“前海模式”的先进做法和经验,把制度创新作为推动工作的重要抓手,能够进一步优化营商环境,全面深化改革,持续扩大开放,在新发展格局中取得更多成绩,贡献更大力量。"Qianhai Model"is a new path and a new experience of reform and opening up in the new era.Qianhai,Shenzhen was officially established in August 2010.According to the development orientation of"rely⁃ing on Hong Kong,serving the mainland and facing the world",it adheres to the guidance of institutional innova⁃tion,takes the initiative to connect with high-level international economic and trade rules,comprehensively deep⁃ens reform and opening up,solves a series of problems encountered in the development,and achieves high-quali⁃ty development.Xiangyang learns the advanced practices and experience of"Qianhai Model",and takes institu⁃tional innovation as an important starting point to promote the work,which can further optimize the business envi⁃ronment,comprehensively deepen reform,continue to open up,make new and more achievements in the new de⁃velopment pattern,and contribute greater strength.
