后疫情时代完善校园快递末端配送体系建设的思考--以福州大学至诚学院为例

摘　　要：结合疫情防控相关要求,对福州大学至诚学院校园内快递驿站进行实地调研,对校园末端配送模式的发展历程进行了梳理,并指出其存在的问题,基于此提出后疫情时代完善校园快递末端配送体系的建议,包括:改进快递驿站布局、优化配送体系、优化代拿快递平台、增设配送中心设备等,可为解决校园快递“最后一公里”问题提供参考。In this paper,in combination with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control,we conducted a field research on the express stations on the campus of Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University,sorted out the development course of the oncampus terminal delivery model in practice there,and pointed out the existing problems.Based on this,we proposed some suggestions to improve the on-campus terminal delivery system in the post-Covid19 era including:improving the layout of the express delivery stations,optimizing the delivery system,optimizing the parcel legwork service platform,adding more distribution center equipment,etc.,which can provide reference for solving the"last mile"problem of campus express.
