摘　　要：研究了动车段列车检修作业过程中检修物资节拍式、量份式的物流配送方案。通过分析传统检修作业中检修物资配送过程存在的问题,利用信息化、智能化的技术手段,以实现检修物资高效、优化配置为目标,提出了面向检修生产作业的节拍式、量份式物流配送体系。对该体系所包含的物资输送、物资仓储、精准配送和流程监管模块分别进行介绍。该体系以节拍式、量份式的配送方式实现配送方式的精准卡控;采用全生命周期监测方法建立从仓储到配送到检修作业的一体化流程,实现了动车段检修作业的低耗费、高效率、高质量、价值最大化的发展目标。In this paper,we studied the tempo and quantity-based logistics distribution scheme for the maintenance materials needed in train maintenance operations at EMU train depots.By analyzing the problems in the distribution of maintenance materials in traditional maintenance operations,with informatization and intelligent technology as the means and optimal configuration of the maintenance materials as the goal,we proposed the tempo and quantity-based logistics distribution system oriented to the maintenance operations,introduced in detail the material conveying,material warehousing,precision distribution and process supervision modules included in the system,and at the end,demonstrated how the system could realize the development goal of low consumption,high efficiency,high quality and maximum value for the maintenance operations at EMU train depots through its precise control of the distribution means and the life circle monitoring of the whole process from warehousing to inspection.
