摘　　要：系统介绍了烟草行业集散中心建设的基本内涵,分析了集散中心网络规划设计的主要模式,详细阐述了集散中心网络规划设计的流程与方法,最后结合烟草行业实际物流运营情况,对集散中心的建设规划提出了具体建议。This paper systematically introduced the basic connotation of the construction of the tobacco industry distribution center,studied the main mode,process and method of the planning and design of the distribution center network,and,in light of the actual operation of the tobacco industry logistics,gave some specific suggestions for the construction and planning of the distribution center.
