摘　　要：目的观察品管圈(QCC)对生殖门诊患者经阴道超声检查体位摆放正确率的影响。方法选取2020年4—10月河南省人民医院生殖门诊检查的328例经阴道超声检查患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为对照组与研究组,各164例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受QCC活动护理。比较两组护理效果、检查前相关宣教知晓程度、患者满意度。结果研究组体位摆放正确率、医生指导及时率、患者检查前宣教资料阅读率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者检查前相关宣教知晓率[89.63%(147/164)]高于对照组[67.68%(111/164)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度[95.73%(157/164)]高于对照组[81.71%(134/164)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以QCC活动干预经阴道超声检查患者,能提高体位摆放正确率、宣教资料阅读率、认知程度及满意度,还能提高医生检查及时率。Objective To observe the influence of quality control circle(QCC)on the correct rate of body position for transvaginal ultrasonography in reproductive outpatients.Methods A total of 328 patients undergoing transvaginal ultrasonography in the Reproductive Clinic of the People’s Hospital of Henan from April to October of 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the time of admission,with 164 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given QCC activity care.The nursing effect,the degree of awareness of related publicity and education before the examination,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The correct rate of posture placement,the timely rate of doctors’guidance,and the reading rate of pre-examination publicity materials in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pre-examination awareness rate of relevant publicity and education of patients in the study group[89.63%(147/164)]was higher than that in the control group[67.68%(111/164)](P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the study group[95.73%(157/164)]was higher than that in the control group[81.71%(134/164)](P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of QCC activity in patients undergoing transvaginal ultrasonography can improve the correct rate of body position,the reading rate of publicity and education materials,the degree of cognition and satisfaction,as well as the timely rate of doctor’examination.
