摘  要:文中提出了粘贴聚丙烯膜作为PVDF压电薄膜的防热措施,运用单层板温升理论分析了防热效果。设计一种带有标准力传感器的摆锤装置,对有无粘贴聚丙烯膜的PVDF压电薄膜进行对比实验。结果表明:粘贴聚丙烯膜对PVDF压电薄膜动态灵敏度和响应特性均没有明显影响,是PVDF压电薄膜防热的有效措施。Sticking polypropylene film was proposed as a thermal protection measure for PVDF piezoelectric film,and the thermal protection effect was analyzed using the single-layer board temperature rise theory.A pendulum device with a standard force sensor was designed,and a comparative experiment was carried out on PVDF piezoelectric film with or without polypropylene film.The results show that sticking polypropylene film has no obvious effect on the dynamic sensitivity and response characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric film,and it is an effective measure to protect PVDF piezoelectric film from heat.
