摘　　要：通过查阅历届政府及企业资料,分析长江流域目前退工还绿政策及其成效,提出当前长江流域生态和经济存在的三大主要问题,旨在长江流域经济发展和环保两者间寻找平衡,并为日后长江流域经济发展和环境保护提出了相应的对策建议。This paper analyzed the current policy of retiring from work to greenery and its effectiveness by consulting previous government and corporate data.And it pointed out three major problems in the ecology and economy of the Yangtze River Basin,so as to find a balance between economic development and environmental protection.It also put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future economic development and environmental protection of the Yangtze River Basin.
