摘  要:以某款电动公交车为样车,在满足其动力性能和续航里程达到规定的要求下,基于工况进行动力系统参数匹配,缩小电机、动力电池等核心部件的选型范围,确定配置方案。基于simulink对选定配置方案进行整车性能仿真,得到CCBC工况电机运行工况、电机SOC及利齿曲线,验证其性能指标,并通过AVL CRUISE进行相同工况和配置的仿真对比,确保仿真结果的可靠性,为整车开发提供依据。Taking a certain electric bus as a prototype,under the power performance and cruising range requirements of the bus,the power system parameters are matched based on the working conditions,the selection range of core components such as motors and power batteries are reduced,and the configuration plan is determined.Based on simulink,the vehicle performance simulation of the selected configuration scheme is performed,and the motor operating data under CCBC working conditions is obtained to verify its performance indicators.The simulation comparison of the same working conditions and configuration is performed through AVL CRUISE to ensure the reliability of the simulation results.Provide basis for vehicle development.
