摘　　要：从服务作战的角度,对建制单位预警探测装备技术勤务工作进行分析,找出其质量评估体系缺失的问题,系统提出单位技术勤务工作质量核心要素,建立其指标体系,并运用层次分析法对工作质量进行评估,为定量评估部队技术勤务工作质量提供了理论和模型参考,并通过实例验证了评估模型的有效性。From the perspective of service operation,this paper analyzes the technical service work of early warning and detection equipment in organic units,finds out the lack of its quality evaluation system,systematically puts forward the core elements of unit technical service work quality,establishes its index system,and uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the work quality,which provides theoretical and model reference for quantitative evaluation of unit technical service work quality,The effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified by an example.
