摘 要:针对军用桥梁装备架设结构复杂、通载负荷大的特点,以某型轮式冲击桥为切入点,分析桥跨的结构特点,结合对桥跨的有限元分析结果,总结归纳出桥跨在通载状态下的事故规律。根据事故规律,确定以挠度、应力与位移作为监测参数,选择合适型号的传感器,使用序列法中的逐步消去法优化布设方案,提高系统的效能。基于图形化编程软件Lab-VIEW开发相应的上位机软件,实现对桥跨通载状态信息的实时显示与分析,完成对事故的提前预警。In view of the complex structure of military bridge equipment,the structure characteristics of a certain type of wheel impact bridge are analyzed,and the accident rules of the bridge under the overload are summarized based on the finite element analysis results of the bridge.The stress and displacement were taken as monitoring parameters,and the appropriate type of sensors were selected.The step-by-step elimination method in the sequence method was used to optimize the layout scheme and improve the efficiency of the system.The corresponding upper computer software was developed based on the graphical programming software LabVIEW to realize the real-time display and analysis of the overload state information of the bridge and to complete the early warning of accidents.
