摘　　要：在不同的动力总成台架后驱试验搭建过程中,由于后桥的尺寸和类型不同,需要设计专门的后桥固定底座,将后桥固定在底座上。不同的后桥需要对应不同的底座,切换新后驱试验时需要根据新的后桥尺寸设计新的底座,而新的底座从设计至加工完成,耗时严重,极大拖慢了试验的进度。且在固定后桥之后,若需要对后桥位置或角度进行调整,后桥固定底座也必须具有一定的可调节的空间。为了提高试验台架搭建效率,缩短试验周期,需要设计一种通用性强的后桥固定底座,在保证强度的前提下,满足不同后桥的固定要求。In the process of different powertrain bench rear drive test construction,due to the size and type of the rear axle is different,it is necessary to design a special rear axle fixed base,the rear axle is fixed on the base.Different rear axles need to correspond to different bases.When switching to new rear drive test,a new base needs to be designed according to the new rear axle size.However,the time from the design of new base to the completion of processing is serious,which greatly slows down the progress of the test.In order to improve the efficiency of the test bench construction and shorten the test period,it is necessary to design a flexible rear jock fixed base,which can meet the fixed requirements of different rear axle under the premise of ensuring the strength.
