摘 要:根据毛坯面积与拉深面积(加上修边余量)相等的原则计得到零件落料尺寸165 mm*140 mm,零件相对拉深高度0.32 mm,小于最大拉深高度0.4 mm,得出能够一次拉深成形并且需要使用压边圈的结论,计算冲裁力、拉深力及压边力选出了满足要求的设备。同薄板折弯焊接以及落料/拉深/切边共三副模具两种方案对比,确定了模具结构为落料拉深复合模/切边模两副模具的方案,对模具关键工作尺寸、结构进行了设计,并通过实践验证了此工艺及模具方案实现了既保证拉深质量又提高生产效率的目的。By analyzing the forming technology of square box with flange,according to the principle that the blank area and drawing area(plus trimming allowance)are equal,the blanking size of the part is 165mm*140mm,and the relative drawing height of the part is 0.32,which is less than the maximum drawing height of 0.4.It is concluded that the blank holder can be formed once and needs to be used.The blanking force,drawing force and blank holder force are calculated,and the equipment meeting the requirements is selected.Compared with two schemes of sheet bending welding and blanking/drawing/trimming,the die structure is determined as blanking/drawing compound die/trimming die,and the key working dimensions and structure of the die are designed.It is verified by practice that this process and die scheme can not only ensure the drawing quality but also improve the production efficiency.
