石横特钢2^(#)高炉提高煤比生产实践

摘　　要：石横特钢炼铁厂2^(#)高炉在炉况稳定顺行的基础上,积极提高煤比操作,减轻焦炭外购压力,降低生铁成本。通过对煤比提高前后数据进行对比分析,重点对炉缸活跃度、原燃料质量管理、操作制度的调整、炉外基础管理等进行精细化操作,高炉技术经济指标有显著提高。On the basis of stable and smooth furnace condition,the No.2 blast furnace in Shiheng Special Steel works actively increases the coal ratio,reduces the pressure of coke outsourcing and reduces the cost of pig iron.By comparing and analyzing the data before and after the increase of coal ratio,and focusing on the fine operation of the hearth activity,the quality management of raw fuel,the adjustment of operation system and the basic management outside the furnace,the technical and economic indexes of the blast furnace have been significantly improved.
