摘　　要：简要介绍了HIsmelt熔融还原技术及特点,详细叙述了墨龙HIsmelt熔融还原技术工艺流程。并对HIsmelt熔融还原炉炉内不同功能区的划分以及物料在SRV炉内发生的物理化学变化进行了阐述,重点对进入SRV炉内的煤粉的作用以及流向做了分析。同时针对不同喷枪按照高度、渣层厚度以及操作压力情形下,对SRV炉二次燃烧率的影响进行了分析。最后对HIsmelt技术的生产实践进行了简要说明。In this paper the HIsmelt smelting reduction technology and characteristics was briefly introduced,and the physical and chemical changes of injected coal and iron ore in the SRV and the different area of SRV are expounded,such as the function and resultant of pulverized coal in the SRV were analyzed.At the same time,the influence of HAB level,slag thickness and operating pressure on the secondary combustion rate of SRV furnace was analyzed.Finally,the production practice of Hismelt is briefly described.
