摘　　要：针对精密量具卡尺的加工制造及后续使用性能要求,详细阐述了卡尺用40Cr14钢不锈钢生产工艺流程、成分差异化设计、板形控制、组织均匀性控制等主要工艺技术措施;同时对比了同类产品热处理硬度、耐磨性及耐点腐蚀性,40Cr14钢不锈钢热处理硬度达55.5~58.0 HRC,耐磨性、耐蚀性及热处理微变形量均优于市场上同类产品。For the manufacturing and performance requirements,the main technological measures of 40Cr14 stainless steel such as production process,component differentiation design,shape control and microstructure uniformity control was explained in this article.And,the heat treatment hardness,wear resistance,pitting resistance were compared with that of the similar products.The heat treatment hardness is HRC 55.5~58.0,and the abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance,heat treatment micro-deformation of the 40Cr14 stainless steel are better than that of the similar products in the market.
