摘　　要：以炉卷轧机生产线关键设备为监测对象,搭建了OIS在线状态监测系统。该系统以振动频谱分析为基础,结合振动冲击脉冲分析,对在线设备状态监测具有明显优势。在监测应用方面,该系统发现了芯轴减速机输出端的异常振动问题,并通过频谱分析诊断出故障原因是轴承安装位置松动,经过维修处理,彻底解决了设备故障隐患,取得了良好效果。The paper establishes the OIS condition monitoring system that take the key equipment of steckel mill production line as the monitoring object.Based on vibration spectrum analysis and vibration pulse analysis,the system has obvious advantages for online condition monitoring system.In monitoring applications,the abnormal vibration of the mandrel gear box was found in the system,and the failure cause due to loose installation position of bearing is confirmed.After maintenance treatment,the hidden trouble of equipment failure is completely solved,and good results are achieved.
