摘 要:采用固相反应法制备NiZn铁氧体材料,研究了配方中ZnO含量对材料微观结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO在固相反应法制备NiZn铁氧体材料过程中有助熔作用,增大Zn含量,材料的晶粒尺寸增大,但均匀性变差;同时,非磁性Zn^(2+)增多,材料的起始磁导率显著增大,但因居里温度过低,饱和磁感应强度和矫顽力均显著降低。NiZn ferrites were prepared by solid-state reaction method.The influence of Zn content on the microstructure and magnetic property of NiZn ferrites were investigated.The results indicated that ZnO could act as a fluxing agent and promote the sintering and mass-transfer.With the increase of Zn content,the grain size increases,but the uniformity got deteriorated.The initial permeability of NiZn ferrites would obviously go up due to the increasing amount of non-magnetic Zn^(2+) ionic.However,because the Curie temperature is too low,the magnetic induction and cocervity of NiZn ferrites decrease.
