中药对线粒体自噬影响的研究进展

摘　　要：线粒体可通过自噬选择性清除受损线粒体,控制线粒体质量,保证线粒体功能,在细胞的正常生长中具有重要的意义。越来越多的研究显示,中药可以影响线粒体自噬,达到预防和治疗疾病的作用。近年来,中药在线粒体自噬方面的研究越来越多,本文分析汇总近年来国内外文献,通过对线粒体自噬主要通路的总结和中药对线粒体自噬影响在各个疾病的应用总结,为其他研究者提供参考的总结性资料,可为后续中药在线粒体自噬方面的研究提供更好的思路,为中医药理论的现代化推动做贡献。Mitchondria can selectively removes damaged mitochondria through autophagy,control the quality of mitochondria,and ensure the function of mitochondria,which is of great significance in the normal growth of cells.A growing number of studies have shown that the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can affect mitchondria autophagy to prevent and treat diseases.In recent years,TCM in mitchondria autophagy research more and more,this paper summarizes the literature at home and abroad in recent years,the summary of mitchondria autophagy main pathways and TCM effect on mitchondria autophagy in summary of the application of various diseases,provide a reference for other researchers summary information,for the subsequent TCM in the mitchondria autophagy research provides a better idea,to contribute to the modernization of TCM theory.
