摘　　要：中医对脱发的认识最早见于《黄帝内经》期间,发展于两汉及隋朝,成熟于唐宋金元时期,至明清明确提出沿用至今的斑秃、雄激素性秃发的中医疾病名称;病因病机先后经过了由虚转实的演变过程,直至现代形成以肝肾不足、湿热熏蒸、痰瘀互结、血热风燥为代表的证型;临床治疗在唐宋时期得到极大发展,出现了几十种单方、复方的治疗方案,现代治疗则多法并用、针药结合、整体局部兼顾。本文详细考证了自《黄帝内经》成书以后至现代各医家对脱发的认识,明晰了历史认知脉络,总结出中医治疗脱发的历代临证规律,以期为中医药治疗脱发性疾病提供一些思路,为经典名方的现代研究提供一些依据。The earliest written records of alopecia in Chinese medicine can be found in Huangdi Neijing period,developed in Han and Sui Dynasties,matured in Tang,Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,until Ming and Qing Dynasties clearly proposed the names of the diseases of alopecia areata and androgenetic alopecia that have been used until now.The evolution process from deficiency to fullness,until modern times,the formation of syndromes represented by liver and kidney deficiency,damp-heat fumigation,phlegm and blood stasis,blood-heat and wind-dryness are represented.Clinical treatment has been greatly developed in Tang and Song Dynasties,and dozens of prescriptions have appeared.Modern treatment is to use multiple methods,combine acupuncture and medicine,combined treatment and prevention,and take care of the whole and part.This article check carefully the opinion from famous Chinese medical scientists since the writing of Huangdi Neijing to modern times,clarifies the historical cognition,and summarizes the clinical law of Chinese medicine for the treatment of alopecia.It hopes to provide some ideas for the treatment of alopecia by Chinese medicine and provides some basis for modern research on classic prescriptions.
