摘 要:目的探讨多元化营养教育对老年代谢综合征患者健康营养知信行水平及糖脂代谢的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年12月空军军医大学第一附属医院收治的老年代谢综合征患者148例,按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,各74例。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组联合应用多元化营养教育。随访6个月,比较两组健康营养知信行水平、总血糖负荷(GL)与三大营养素摄入比例、糖脂代谢水平。结果随访6个月,两组健康营养知识、态度、行为评分高于同组干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总GL、碳水化合物、脂肪低于同组干预前,且干预组低于对照组;蛋白质高于同组干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油低于同组干预前,且干预组低于对照组;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于同组干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化营养教育有助于促进老年代谢综合征患者健康营养知信行能力的养成,改善糖脂代谢指标。Objective To explore the effect of diversified nutrition education on the level of knowledge,belief,practice and glucose and lipid metabolism of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 148 elderly patients with metabolic syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected from July 2018 to December 2019,and they were divided into intervention group and control group,with 74 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was combined with diversified nutrition education.Followed up for six months,the two groups were compared with the health and nutrition knowledge,knowledge,behavior,total blood glucose load(GL)and the intake ratio of the three major nutrients,and the level of glucose and lipid metabolism.Results Follow-up for six months,the health and nutrition knowledge,attitude,and behavior scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before the intervention,and the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total GL,carbohydrate,and fat of the two groups were lower than the same group before the intervention,and the intervention group was lower than that of the control group;the proportion of protein was higher than that of the intervention group of the same group,and the protein of the intervention group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and triacylglycerol of the two groups were significantly lower than the same group before the intervention,and the intervention group was lower than that of the control group;the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than the same group before the intervention,and the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significa
